Plain text. (Save Excel files as ‘Tab Delimited Text’.)
Identifier Line
The first line should consist of an upper-case M followed by a zero (‘M0’) and nothing else.
Data Lines
Each data line should contain a single MetaCyc UID.
Example
An example file, ‘metacycuid.txt’ can be found in the folder of examples (in ‘Downloads’). The first few lines are as follows:
