Organisms
A choice of organisms is provided for the analysis. If one selects an organism the results are restricted to metabolic pathways known to be present in that organism. Furthermore, on the Kegg maps enzymes known to be present are coloured light green. If no organism is selected (the default 'all organisms') then all pathways with compounds matching masses in the analysis are listed.
The organisms listed are those relevant to local users. The list has been extended following requests from external users, but unfortunately the source from which such data were obtained no longer makes it available to us.
